Description:
Bethel Baptist Church has summer intern positions available for college-aged young adults who desire to serve Jesus Christ through working with youth. The summer interns work in partnership with the Ministry staff team and under the direct supervision of the Youth Ministry Director. This is a great opportunity to participate in the lives of young people by building relationships, mentoring, and nurturing them in their faith. Interns will have the opportunity to develop leadership skills by creating, implementing, and evaluating ministry opportunities such as small groups, Vacation Bible School, Sunday school and events. This hands-on approach to ministry offers college-aged young adults a summer to explore a call to ministry as well as develop in their own personal and spiritual growth. Interns will also participate in the life of the staff at Bethel Baptist Church by attending staff meetings and by working in conjunction with staff members throughout the 10 weeks.
