Since 2007, on the Day of Remembrance, a campus-wide day of community service, Mosaic has served at Mission Convalescent. MC is an elder care facility in East Jackson.
Students assist the staff with cleaning duties, play bingo with the residents and visit with those who may not have any family.
International Missions
In 2010, MOSAIC partnered with "The B.I.G. (Believing In God) Project: Helping Haiti" sponsored by New Life In Christ Ministries for Spring 2010, which helped raise over $5,000 to help the Haitian earthquake victims.
In 2009, Mosaic partnered with The Invisible Children project, collecting textbooks for children who would otherwise have no educational materials at all.
