Union to hold first annual Regional Educational Research Conference
July 18, 2007 - Research in teaching and learning is well integrated into graduate education classes through a variety of research papers and other research-based products. In addition, all graduate education programs in Germantown require a culminating research project be completed prior to graduation. Students in each graduate education program have an opportunity to present their research to one another. This conference provides a venue where all graduate education students present their research to one another and a Tri-State community audience interested in educational improvement.
Presenters at the first Regional Educational Research Conference will communicate the best educational research from graduate students in each stage of the educational programs on the Campus. Programs include MED teachers, MAED for those earning licensure, Library Information Services degree, and those in the EDS and EDD leadership degrees. Union’s graduate faculty will also be making scholarly presentations during the day long conference.
The conference begins at 8 a.m. Friday, July 20 and continues throughout the day until 3:30 p.m. at Union’s Germantown Campus at 2745 Hacks Cross Rd.
