Oct 12, 2021 - Union University College of Pharmacy has ranked #1 this year for the 2021 Ranking of ACPE Accredited Pharmacy Schools in Tennessee by the Pharmacy Technician Guide. This ranking is based on the NAPLEX first time pass rate, and our performance earned us the #1 spot with a 98%! Congratulations to the UUCOP faculty, staff and students for your hard work and dedication!

Mar 16, 2021 - Our last CPE activity for the spring semester is scheduled for Thursday, April 22, 2021 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. UUCOP’s very own, Dr. Ashley Pugh, Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice, will provide a two-hour CPE update on Immunizations including the COVID-19 vaccine. Feb 4, 2021 - Mark your calendar for Tuesday, March 23, 2021 for our next CPE activity. Dr. Steven Williams, a hospitalist at JMCGH, is going to present a two-hour CPE activity on COVID. This will be offered through Zoom and will begin at 6:30 p.m. and end promptly at 8:30 p.m. This is an extremely important topic and a topic you do not want to miss. Micah Cost, Executive Director of Tennessee Pharmacists Association and Reggie Dilliard, Executive Director of Tennessee Board of Pharmacy will provide a two hour CPE presentation on the new 2020 legislative updates. Mar 25, 2020 - We are excited to announce that the next West Tennessee Pharmacist Association CE program will be offered as a two-hour live webinar. This will mark the first time that the WTPA meeting has been completely virtual. The program will be offered through an online platform called Zoom. Since COVID-19 has caused us to practice social distancing, the program will not take place at Union University.

The webinar is scheduled for Thursday, April 23, 2020 at 6:30-8:30 PM. Dr. Jennifer Byrd and Dr. Austin Camp, UUCOP Professors of Pharmacy Practice, will be presenting on Heart Failure and Stroke.

It is imperative that you register in advance. Only people who have registered will be emailed the webinar link required for participation.

The deadline for registration is Friday, April 17th. All registrants will be emailed instructions on how to download Zoom and link to the presentation. You can register by emailing Carol Courtner at ccourtner@uu.edu. Also, please email Carol with questions you might have.
