Dec 1, 2019 - The UUCOP Center for Population Health and Rural Medicine (PHaRM) and Union University School of Social Work collaborated with Lane College and the Jackson-Madison County Regional Health Department to provide free health screenings and education to area residents. This event is part of an ongoing endeavor to help reduce health disparities in West Tennessee and to better educate members of the underserved community concerning diabetes and heart health.
